Service Description: The digital elevation models, USGS CoNED Topobathy were downloaded from https://coast.noaa.gov/dataviewer/which were produced using a combination of post-Florence and prior year LiDAR. Each DEM was clipped by land/water boundary (using Fire/EMS land vs water polygons which follow parcel boundaries).Mosaic was created to make continuous land and continuous water DEMS. Land DEM was smoothed using Focal Statistics tool, using Neighborhood = Circle, Radius 5 feet, Statistics = Mean. Spatial analyst tool Create contours tool used create the 2-foot contours. Analysis was completed February 2023.
