Service Description: The digital elevation models, USGS CoNED Topobathy were downloaded from https://coast.noaa.gov/dataviewer/which were produced using a combination of post-Florence and prior year LiDAR. Each DEM was clipped by land/water boundary (using Fire/EMS land vs water polygons which follow parcel boundaries).Mosaic was created to make continuous land and continuous water DEMS. Water DEM was smoothed using Focal Statistics tool, using Neighborhood = Circle, Radius 20 feet, Statistics = Mean. Resulting DEM was further aggregated using a cell factor of 25 and used the mean values to generalize them. Spatial analyst tool Raster to point used create the water depth points. Analysis was completed February 2023.
